webcreation please help

Hi Darren,
I hope that you do not mind me getting in touch. I have recently just had a website built by Webcreation UK. www.original-house.co.uk The long and the short of it was that the whole process was a complete nightmare it took 24 weeks to go live rather than the 10 weeks quote for which when setting up a new company is a disaster. However I do not want to go on about this as I desperately want some help – please.
I went with Webcreation Uk simply for your expertise and understanding of SEO. I designed each page of the site and passed in on to your developers – Sam Robinson in the uk and Anup in India.
The site went live about 6 weeks ago and I hear has been indexed by google – I am now advertising within the industry and no one can find me – ignoring the fact that the stock is not appearing on google – all I desperately want is when people google Original House, for us to appear……… as that is how people look for sites when they know the name of the company.
I have been directed to your SEO Nurse site which was very helpful and have signed up with the links as you suggested.
I have also e mail my contacts at webcreation for about 3 weeks and phoning on this subject and as per the norm have not hear anything back from anyone. Reading your 10 tips below suggesting the services that webcreation provides, I have not witnessed any of this. I am really struggling.
I had a quick chat with Andy yesterday who when I explained that as an antiques dealer my stock is constantly changing he said oh google wont like that !!!! I have know idea what I am meant to be doing and am at the end of my tether – please I beg you can you help at all. I appreciate that it is not black and white but I need to know that my site has been written properly and that ‘original house’ at least appears on google.
